What is the meaning of cohort access/ understanding cohort access

When you join a class – cohort is understood as the presence of both faculty and the executives. These will be one cohort! Thereby joining faculties and executives will remain in the particular cohort and will be able to ask questions and seek answers to them in the future, within the same cohort.

How do I select a Class?

Visit our platform to browse our offerings. Every week there will be new additions. If you are not sure which Class is right for you, feel free to contact us at support@wfmdigital.com with some information on your background and what you hope to learn. We can then suggest you accordingly.

Can I take more than one class at a time?

Yes, of course you can.

Which LMS (Learning Management System) will be used for Classes ?

Our Classes will be conducted on Google Classroom.

How long is the Class and its duration ?

It depends on the topic- will vary between 1- 4 sessions per Class. Duration will be 90- 120 minutes.

What will be the class size?

Maximum size 50 executives per class.

Do I need specific equipment to take Class ?

You should have an up-to-date web browser such as: Chrome, Firefox or Internet Explorer. A gmail account and Google Classroom App. Our Class can be accessed on a mobile, computer or laptop, with a reliable internet connection .

How do I contact technical support during the course ?

Is there an orientation for the Executives / Students?

A week before your Class starts you will be invited to join KYCM – know your Class mates session. During this session you will be asked to introduce yourself and network with fellow Executives/ students.

What should I do if I am not able to attend a session of a Class ?

Please inform your Customer Coordinator as soon as possible atleast 5 days before the session to determine what, if any, arrangements can be made for your situation. We will try to accommodate you in the next session of that particular Class.

Can I get the recordings of the class to reflect on it later ?

Sorry, it’s a LIVE Class. Recordings will not be shared.

Will I get any certification after I complete the Class ?

When you successfully complete a Class, you are eligible to receive a digital certificate of completion. Certificates of Completion are delivered to the email used at the time of registration, and can be expected no later than 2 weeks after the course ends.

How can I make payment?

You can pay online via our secure payment gateway which supports both Visa, Mastercard & other payment option.

How can I check that my payment has been received?

Once payment is received, a payment receipt will be emailed to you.

While making a payment through the online payment portal, I received an error message. How do I resolve this?

We apologize for this inconvenience. We encourage you to reach out to your banking partner as further permissions may be needed to complete the payment. You are also welcome to write to  support@wfmdigital.com for further guidance. Please wait for at least 24 hours before trying again. A strong Internet connection and up-to-date browser are strongly recommended.

I have paid for my class, what is the next step ?

You will receive all Class related emails and your login details from our Google Classroom Tech, on the course start dates & assignments.

Can I get a refund if I am unable to attend the class?

Sorry, we don’t have a refund policy. However, we can accommodate you in the next class. Pls. write to us at support@wfmdigital.com at least 5 days before the start of the Class.

I have enrolled, how will I know that it has been received ?

Once you have successfully enrolled, you will receive an automated email on your registered email ID saying that you have been enrolled successfully. Pls. note that we have a selection criteria, our team of experts will screen your application and advise you about the status of your enrollment.

When should I enroll ?

For every Class we have a limited seats- max. 50 executives per class. Certain Classes can fill up quickly, so be sure to enroll earliest.
